Suggest Treatment For Elevated IgM When Suffering From Multiple Myeloma
Question: multiple Myeloma. The IgM is elevated and there is a gamma mspike of 1.28 that is biclonal and not monoclonal (myeloma protein). The message was that the elevated Igm and spike are more likely from the Remlivid.
Protein Electrophoresis:
Two Mspike detected. One is a faint Mspikethat is not apparent on the elektropherogram, and therefore cannot be quantified.
Immunifixation:
Biclonal gammopathy with IgM XXXXXXX paraprotein in polyclonal background with faint IgG paraprotein.
I tried to send this to you earlier, but maybe I did not include everything.
So they want me to continue as usual with the drugs.

Brief Answer:
Continue with your drug if spike is not monoclonal
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your current question as well as previous question.
Your spike was not monoclonal so no need to worry. You should continue with remlivid. If you don't have good response then you can go with slightly high dose also.
As I said previously it is a very toxic drug so keep watch on your blood counts.
Right now continue with your remlivid in prescribed dose.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
