Brief Answer:
Present values, not related to IMPN
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Triglycerides are elevated with enzymatic changes in liver function tests.
2. It indicates possible fatty change in liver. Alcohol intake could also be a cause for these changes.
3. You will need to reduce triglycerides levels through medication, weight reduction and aerobic exercises.
4. Present values, not related to IMPN.
If necessary, if not alcoholic and not overweight, get an ultrasound abdomen to look for fatty liver.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
