Hi! Dr XXXXXXX Thanks for that satisfying answer. I was a little worried about the Grade-I prostate problem as well as GB stones. As for your queries whether I have frequent or urgency of urination, yeah, I do have, when my schedule goes for a toss on some days, owing to official and personal engagements. This primarily affects my sleeping and eating pattern due to which this problem crops up, I suppose. Otherwise, I do drink plenty of water. The above problem occurs once in a while and not regularly. As for the GB stones, yeah, they have been silent for almost 3 years now. No problems or discomfort associated with it has been noticed and I am leading a very active personal and social life. Regarding fatty liver, I am not in the habit of taking oily or junk foods regularly. Frankly, I need to avoid that also it seems. Otherwise, I am a regular morning walker and walk for 45-50 minutes, 5 times a week. Also, I play TT regularly almost 5 times a week, 35-40 mts, which keep me active. Thanks once again for that lovely responses. With regards, Gaurishankar
