Brief Answer:
Enuresis will need patience for improvement.
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxx,
Now the history is more clear.
This is enuresis, which is during day and night.
Stop waking him at night and scolding him.
That will remove a great psychological fear in him and compound the issue.
Just ignore it and don't scold him. Gradually,it'll start reducing with time.
Request the teacher to let him go to the toilet,in between classes.
When he comes home with wet clothes, don't scold or mock him.
Don't discuss the issue and he'll feel much more comfortable.
If you continue to scold him,it'll get complicated and may need other treatment.
Give time for Depsonil to act, along with change in your approach to the problem.
After supper give only half glass fluid.
Wishing him well.

Is there any further action to be taken with regards to any Clinical Tests etc.
Brief Answer:
Enuresis will need patience for improvement.
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxx,
This enuresis will not disappear in a few days.
You'll need to be patient and as your attitude changes,he will be confident.
That will help in curing his problem.
Some children need behavioral therapy and counselling after this course.
If his enuresis improves significantly, the Depsonil may be tapered and then stopped.
Wish him well.
