Suggest Treatment For Epididymitis

Question: I have some pain in the right testicle. Itâs like pulling and sometimes a short but intense piercing pain. I have been to a urologist and he made an ultrasound and concluded it to be Epididymitis. He prescribed doxycyclin. There was a urine test made where everything was OK. No bacteria either in urine.
I have had very bad adverse reactions to an other antibiotics 3 years ago (ciprofloxacin) and i still have sequels from that. Since then I am also allergic to nsaids and and anti inflammatories
Are there any other medication I can take or are there any natural remedies against Epididymitis?
Thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
Scrotal support during daytime is essential.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX and welcome to H.C.M.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
It would be good to know, for how long, you've been on antibiotics.
In case of anti-inflammatory medication, you may take Paracetamol, twice daily.
Keep your scrotum elevated or supported,in the day time.
This gives good relief and also prevents increase in inflammation.
I would not recommend any natural remedies.
Wish you well.
