Question: since hemorrhoidectamy i have erectile dysfunction am on fentanyl patch wondering what would cause this as i have never had problem before

im concerned that the hemorrhoidectamy caused this the doctor said it shouldn't as he did nothing with anything that is associated with penis just scared
