Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Diabetes
Question: I am 66plus and I have cultivated ED for last one year. I am already suffering from life style diseases like Thyroid,BP for last six years and Diabetes for last four years,but all are almost in good control. Recently,I used Manforce 50 mg in one night in my doctor's knowledge.Though I could have sex with wife but the penis was not much hard.The next morning I had mild headache. After a week's gap,I tried again but there was hardly any erection and could not have sex.Then, after an hour or so,I took one pill again,but with the same erection problem .I feel that I had full stomach both the days as against the prescription of the drug maker that the stomach should be almost empty. However,the next morning,I had similar headache as earlier,but one of my colleague pointed out that my face was flushed. Thereafter,I was on a three week's trip outside.After returning,my doctor noticed that my BP had shot up and it has taken another three week's of special attention to come to normal.

At your age the erectile dysfunction is due to physical illnesses and you have that. The drugs like viagra and other similar pills cause rise in BP and sometimes fainting episodes also. Use of these drugs is not safe. Overdose of it can cause serious health hazards.
In my opinion use of penile vacuum pump would be great in your case. It is a machine and there are no systemic side effects. It makes penis hard by drawing blood into elastic tissues and there is a mechanism by which one can manually handle the erection by applying ring. When you have sex you have to remove the ring so that vacuum goes off. Keeping vacuum for more than 30 to 40 minutes can cause permanent damage to penis elastic tissues.
