As you have asked about anxiety issues, yes we both have the issue of anxiety sometimes,as for me its related to performance & for my wife its for fear of pain.
No sir I don't have have habit of smoking & alcohol, half of the year back i used to drink & smock occasionally but not now.
I got married in Feb-2015 & spend only six days after marriage with my wife in which she got her period for 3 days. then she came to my work location in March 21,2015. we loves to do 4play and never tried for intercourse but we realized the time is moving and we have to have sex and we started to attempting it but all in vain so my friend suggest me penigra. I took it 6th april for the first time, it works for around 24hrs for me so we have sex many times in between. since that time i had taken 6 pills till date. I between my wife got the problem ovarian cysts and it took 10days to recover, we didnt had sex in- between

Successful sex without penegra 5-6 times and morning erections are favoring that you can have natural sex life without any medicine.
Lubrication is very important aspect for smooth sex. During foreplay from penis couper's gland and in female vaginal glands watery liquid come out which act as lubricant naturally to prevent friction. If you do not have this lubricant secretion in sufficient amount you can use KY jelly water based lubricant which is non toxic and almost safe.Insert jelly in vagina before sex not while you proceed from foreplay to sex. Even you can apply some amount on penis before foreplay or apply on condom and keep the condom ready.
Counseling of your wife is an important aspect. She should be relax while having sex.After breaking of hymen there is no major pain. You have gone may times for successful sex so her hymen had been broke up. And if at all pain is there is will be enjoyable.She can have deep breathing exercise before sex for relaxation. Ill surly go with your advice and enjoy to have sex without medicine but if it dont work after 10-15 days can i use any aurvedic herbal medicine for one or two times?

It has shown improvement in 50-60% patients of mine with ED.You should take it after meal twice a day. If you feel some improvement in 15 days you should continue for at least 1 month. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product.
Another option is ayurvedic product tentax forte which you can use. One tablet after dinner for one month.
Do not go for both together.
I prefer tetrafol plus in your case.
