Brief Answer:
Causes of ED

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note your ED problem.

Medications are responsible in many instances, so although you have checked I would like to go through your list again.

So it looks like you do not have heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol or do you?
Because these can also be associated with ED.

Also, have you undergone prostate surgery, as sometimes that can be related to ED.

And finally consider getting your prolactin levels checked.

I suggest you see an endocrinologist in-person who will thoroughly examine you for possible causes and also evaluate for excess or deficiency of cortisol, which are two other hormone-related conditions causing ED.
