Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction Caused While On IBS Medication

Question: Hello Doctor ,
I am 29 years old , I have ED problem since last 3 to 4 years.
I am a chronic IBS patient , last almost a year i am having a medicine called normaxin , for my stomach (the medicine is working on me) ,but it is deteriorating my sexual performance even more as a side effect.
I don't get a good hard on, its never fully hard.
Last year when I got tested , they told I have less blood flow in my penice .
And asked for an electro wave shock therapy.

Right now my Urologist , prescribed me
1) Tazzle 10 mg (twice half of the tablet b4 breakfast and dinner)
2) Penegra (twice half of the tablet b4 breakfast and dinner)
3) Nano-Leo (one before dinner)

I am worried , God forbidden if it worsens my stomach symptoms , should I start having them?
And I am curious about the elctro shock wave therapy , how good it is? Would you please enlighten me more on that?

Normaxin contains Dicyclomine, chlordiazepoxide, and Clidinium Bromide . It can cause prostate enlargement and delayed ejaculation. IBS is associated with anxiety , causing reduced desire or ejaculatory problems.
IBS or Normaxin have no effect on the blood supply to penile tissue so I would suggest you to investigate for reduced blood supply like Diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypercholestrolemia, Hypertension etc. The management has to be according to the cause of reduced supply. The medicines you are taking are good but I would like to get a free testosterone level done at 8.30 AM in a tri pooled sample. Electrowave Shock Wave Therapy is a very recent advancement and still, its efficacy is not proved finally. Though some researchers claim to have helped this in improving blood flow in cardiac patients as well as in erectile dysfunction.
I personally feel that IBS is a psychosomatic illness hence there is a lot to be gained by mental relaxation. Yoga exercises and meditation can really work wonders for you.

17/03/2012 I got the tests done for the ED problem:
The report was like below:

Trans Rectal Ultrasound:

Thickened echogenic Vasal Ampullae
Impression: Chronic Inflamatory Features

Penile Doppler Ultrasound:

Impression:
Combined Arteriogenic & Venogenic ED

So this ED might be because of Diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypercholestrolemia, Hypertension etc ?

I will get the testoterone level tests done later.

I am not taking the above mentioned medication as of now in fear of my IBS problem , like I m thinking taking those might irritate my stomach more.

Yes after taking the normaxyn I see that ejaculation gets delayed .But the libido is never so strong which is the case even before i started Normaxyn.
