Question: Hello doctor,
this is XXXXXXX and i need your assistance. i am recently married and i want to have intercourse with my wife. however due to excess masturbation before marriage i am not able to get erection frequently because of which my sexual life gets affected. also if i masturbate now it takes 2-3 days before i get a small erection and that too it is not sufficient for intercourse. i have been taking garlic for last 4-5 days and i want to get my full erection back. please help me

i think your problem is due to unfounded guilt about masturbation Masturbation is a normal sexual practice You can try Tab udenafil 100 mg and Fluvoxamine 50 mg for 3 weeks You should be careful about possible headache and gastritis so take these medicines before going to bed after meals. Thanks for the reply, so can i take this as not a major problem and can this be cured naturally without medications? will i be able to get my erections back if i stop masturbating for a while?
