You have been detected to have Peyronies disease and have problem of Erectile Dysfunction too..
The cause of ED at the age of 70 years is mainly XXXXXXX to generalized atherosclerosis which also involves penile artery This causes reduced blood flow to erectile tissue and that is the basic cause for your ED .
The Peyronise disease is due scarring of Tunica Albugenia in a sheath that enveloped two erectile bodies Corpora Cavernosa due to formation of calcified plaque .
The drugs commonly used in ED act on erectile tissue to relax and increase blood flow to penis that helps to increase blood flow to erectile tissue and there by in achieving hard erection .These medicines have no action on scarred Tunica Albugenia hence will not be effective in getting hard erection.
