Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Fouad Sabet
Welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question and MRI report you have attached with it, very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
First of all, your MRI report is absolutely normal so you need not to worry much.
Here, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
do you get adequate erection?
Are you sexually active?
Have you taken any medicine in recent past?
If you have other reports of blood and urine investigation, please upload it.
Do you smoke or are you having any kind of stress or anxiety?
If it was previously normal before 6 months than you need not to worry, Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to guide you more precisely.
waiting for your reply
Best wishes
i do get erections but im not sexually active at all my sex drive has gone down mainly because of how my penis feels like its had been used too much or something like that. Im not taking any medication and all my urine tests were negative only with my blood test i has some vitamin A deficiency. I have read my articles relating to something called "Hard Flaccid" where the problem is more muscular then urological but my penis is not hard its more soft and rubbery and i can barely feel it in my pants if i am not touching it. it also caves inside a lot. I do have anxiety problems but mainly because im worried about my sexual health and what could have happened to my penis. I dont smoke cigarettes but sometimes marijuana. My penis was perfectly normal about 1 year ago.
Might be related to anxiety or stress
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear Fouad Sabet
welcome again and thanks for your follow up question.
hard flaccid penis is a typical feature of Peyronie's disease, since you are getting adequate erection and there is no bending like feature which rule out the possibility of Peyronie's disease.
Stress ans anxiety might be a responsible factor for your condition.
Since you have developed it in just last one year, it seems to be a treatable condition.
You have mentioned that skin of the penis is chapped so in my opinion you should visit a dermatologist first, if it doesn't help than a psychiatrist as per your convenience for physical examination and further course of action.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free to discuss further.
Best wishes

I have been having pain after bowel movements and i feel that my anus is very tight. does stiff pelvic floor means a tight anus as well? and what can i do to relax it a bit more?
Yes, stiff pelvic floor muscles can cause such a problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
Pain after bowel movement might be related to hemorrhoids, fissure in Ano or injury or inflammation of anus due to passage of hard stool or an infected anal gland.
In my opinion you should avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softeners
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as dietary fibers in your diet.
You can apply anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine for localised and pain on external side of anus.
Stiff pelvic muscle can lead to pain as well, if it's not relieving and it's a troublesome for you, then you can take muscle relaxant like tizanidine or chorzoxazone group of drugs.
Hot fomentation and sitz bath will definitely help you.
Hope I could answer your question.
wishing you good health.
