Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
I have some suggestions for you which will help you to enjoy your sexual life and have good erection:
a. Practice Kegel's execrises.
-To do these exercises, tighten the muscle you would use if you were trying to stop urine in midstream.
-Hold the contraction for two or three seconds, then release.
-Repeat 10 times. Try to do five sets a day.
-These exercises can be done anywhere—while driving, sitting at your desk etc.
These exercises will help to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and thus improve erection.
b. Changing environment around you in following ways will also contribute in increasing the enjoyment:
1. Try different places for intercourse (bedroom, living room or any other place you can find in your house).
2. Create a sensual environment around you while you have intercourse (candle-lights, slow romantic music etc.)
3. Be playful with your partner (tickle, laugh, take a bubble bath etc.)
c. Resort to drugs if above tips are not helping. Tadalafil (prescription drug) is a safe option. It has minimal side effects like headache and runny nose which resolve in 2-3 days. Its very effective for erection problems.
I have used it in many of my clients with a wonderful effect. I usually prescribe it in doses of 10mg to be taken 2 hours before intercourse. It acts for 2-3 days.
Hope this helps.
