Question: Hi Sir,
This is from XXXXXXX I am having problem of My Penis erection.it erects when i start sex with my wife but when i intercourse with my wife for sometime its getting small and loose.
and even i think my penis is not going deep into the vagina of my wife.
can you help me with any good and best solutions
i have this problem from 3 years and i think it is a big problem for me and my wife.so could you please give me good suggestions

thank you very much for your valuable suggestions.
but my major problem is not only erection but going inside the vagina.am not able to sense whether my penis is in deep of vagina or not because we have inter coursed some times and i was successful in ejection of my sperm but doubt is that whether the ejection of my sperm has reached or not.
so i there any solution for this.please help me out.

one more doubt is that by doing the masturbation my hand by penis is in very good erection condition and i feel it very nice,but when i start inserting into vagina i don't why its not that good erection condition when compared with hand.
if i do with hand for even two times i will be having good ejection.
but only when i start inserting into vagina only the problems starts.
is this problem of doing masturbation by hand more times.
i have a practice of regular doing masturbation by hand alternate days and even two times a day.
so i feel the problem has arise because of my regular masturbation by hand.
and also one thing is that my penis after erection is not so big its size will be only medium.
is this small penis also a problem for the erection and ejection.
please can u clarify and give me good suggestions for solving the problem and
is there any specialist to concern in XXXXXXX so that i can got to him and have a good treatment.

the doctor has given the tablets as you said tadalafil and L-carnitine-L-Tartrate Poposon for energy. but the problem is that i continued these tablets only for a month but i didnt feel any difference and so that i stopped using it regularly so can you suggest to continue these tablets or any other.
by consuming more tablets will there be any effect

one more doubt now my age is 33 and my wife age is 25 will there be any effect between us for the age difference and will there be any problem by me for the ejection and erection due to my age because i am crossed 30 age.
