Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Question: I am suffering from "Erectile Dysfunction" as I have tried to have sex several times, but I could not get 100% hardness so what is the solution ?

It is to be taken 2 hours before intercourse.

How about Kegel Exercises ??
do you think Kegel exercises and doing daily exercise at gym would help ???

Kegels exercises are more indicated for premature ejaculation but it can slightly help in Erectile dysfunction also. But overdoing kegels can have negative effects also.
Doing it 3-4 times a day is sufficient.
Exercises at GYM will not make a difference in erection.
