Priapism
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.
I am sorry to hear that you are having erectile dysfunction. With you not being able to have ejaculations is more a result of your medications specifically coreg. I would not recommend stopping the coreg though as it is heart protective and needed to prevent future heart attacks
I am more concerned about the long erection. If your erection is lasting mire than 4 hours then you need to be seen in an ER. With prolonged erection known as priapism there is a high risk of damaging the vascular system of the penis. In the ER they will drain the blood from your penis so that you no longer have an erection. This is a medical emergency and needs to be addressed.

2. the Cialis i take 3 to 4 mg dissolving type under tongue 30 mins to one hour before intercourse. when extended foreplay is at the beginning. I stay hard for several mins before i have intercourse.
maybe some things on my part are wrong. i will add couple more a little while latter if my penis doesn't stay hard. my ejaculations were good most of the time few weeks ago. but noticed i have intercourse several mins but does have enough sensation to reach that point.
would Viagra be better suited i get arouse very easy but can't do anything much if I try without ED meds. i have noticed at dull pain just above my penis in the hairline especially when I cough.
Viagra and cialis
Detailed Answer:
There is really no difference between the two medications cialis or viagra. They both will allow for an erection but will not improve the ejaculation issue. The ejaculation issue is from medication Coreg. Coreg is a medication called a beta blocker which blocks the body from feeling. It is called asthenia. This is what is preventing you from reaching orgasm.
I would caution you on the amount of cialis you are using as you maybe over using the medication. The XXXXXXX dose in a 24 hour period is 20 mg.
I hope I answered your question

Coreg and carvedilol are the same drug
Detailed Answer:
Yes I am sorry I didn't make that clear. Coreg is the trade name for carvedilol and hence will have the same side effects including the problems with orgasm.
