Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi I am male 30. For the past 4 years, I have experienced a slight decline in the capacity to hold a penis tight and for ling intervals. I can sometimes get hard but the erection does not last long. Can I take any pills such as Caverta, Viagra etc for my situation.
I am neither a smoker nor a drinker. I used to drink but only occasionally and sometimes in high doses. But I have almost stopped drinking for the past 3 years. I don't have BP or diabetes. I haven't had any surgeries. I am 6'2 and 170 pounds. I play sports twice a week, and I feel like I am fitter than many of the 30 year olds I see around me. I look lean but not lethargic. The only long term problem I have had from childhood is sinusitis. I frequently get cough cold and sometimes fever. I used lots of medicines till I was 22, but then I decided not to use antibiotics from then and now I only take Ayurveda medicine when I am sick. I am a pure vegetarian amd I sleep around 6-8 hours a day on average. I work as a software professional and stress levels are sometimes high but usually manageable. For past 4 years, i have lost of my urine to some extent, Which I think I contribute to stress inconsistency.

Please suggest if I can use ED pills such as Caverta etc...

Thanks

Brief Answer:
You can use pills

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Stress seems to be the only reason in your case. Reducing stress will help.

Erection and ability to perform sexual Intercourse for about 2 minutes is normal. More than that is high expectations.

However you can consider taking pills you mentioned.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards

Hi Dr XXXXXXX

Thanks for the detailed reply. I need to know some more and also I would like to add more. Please suggest accordingly.

I have recently had sex like 5-6 times on daily basis, but I could penetrate properly only twice. This is becoming a problem. My penis isn't staying erect sometimes as soon as we stop foreplay.

If I use pills, at WHAT FREQUENCY can I have them? Say Caverta(I am planning to have this pill) for example. WHAT DOSAGE in my case? It comes in 25 mg, 50 mg & 100 mg variants. Can I have the over-the-counter without prescription? You can also suggest on any particular pill name/brand related to my problem, as some of these pills might have side effects.

Please reply in detail.

Thanks alot!! Now I am confident about using pills. That was helpful.

Brief Answer:
Prescription Required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your frequency of sexual Intercourse in a day is 6 times which is bit more. This could be the reason why you have less erection that time.

However you can use this tablet only once a day before sexual Intercourse in 50 mg concentration.

This needs a prescription from a doctor.
