Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi,
I'm 37 year old male. I had a normal sex throughout till six months back. Since last six month, I'm facing some problem. Though, I've my sex desires as earlier but suddenly not getting a proper erection. Sometimes even if I'm getting an erection but getting a premature (very early) discharge. This was not the case earlier and I never had such a problem in past. I've no other problem such as tension or sleep disorder or anything similar. Is it because of age ? What could be the reason ? Suggest me the possible remedy and medicine, if any to return to my normal sex life, as I still have good desire for sex.

I searched both Sildenafil and Paroxetine on search engine but it just says as salt. Probably these are the drugs you suggest but could you be more specific on commercial name? Also what should be the dose (I'm 37 year, 5 ft 7 inches, 84 kg) ?

Also, more importantly what may be the side effect of this drugs ?

These drugs are available as Penegra and Sustinex You can take 50 mg of Penegra and 30 mg of sustinex one hour before planned sexual activity.
