Suggest Treatment For Esophagitis And Gastritis
Question: i have been diagnosed with LA Grade A Esophagitis,Erosive Gastritis and RUT positive.
Doctor has advised me to take Sompra for 20 days before breakfast and Nexpro HP after 20 days.
Please let me know how long will it take for me to get cured of this and what precaution and food i have to take.

I Had an endoscopy done since i was had feeling of acidity from past one week which was recurring and it is mostly acidity i domt have any other symptoms .i have a mixed diet and dont smoke or drink from past one year .

Soft bland diet.
By this time you would definitely know the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the acidity and you have to make a list of these and stop these altogether. Diet and beverages is very subjective and individual tht the patient has to notice, find out and stop.
Also make a list of the foods and beverages that suit you the most and please continue with these only.
Do not try to start the instigating factors just to see whether they cause the problems or not.
It is good that you are not smoking or drinking.
Control of stress and anxiety is also a very important part of management of acidity.
