I am a patient of essential tremors. How can i get 100% relief from this as if tremors can become history Is it a neurological disorder or psychiatric disorder?

What is the cost required for Deep Brain Stimulation surgery? Or I have also heard about thaltamology. What is its cost?

The cost of the procedure depends on the package the institute you approach. It would be 3-6 lakhs. Also I m not aware of thalmatolgy term. May be you want to ask about thalmotomy which is lesioning in the thalamus to treat tremor. But it is irreversible process in contrast with dbs which is reversible.
