Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Our gastrointestinal tract contains bacteria which degrade undigested food matter and produce certain gases in the process. It therefore seems that you are having at least some degree of malabsorption and the problems are originating from the undigested food matters.
You need to:
* Take small but frequent meals.
* Walk regularly in the morning. This will improve the intestinal movements.
* Preferably avoid milk and wheat.
* Take curd or yogurt.
* Increase intake of dietary fibres. Take fibre supplements like psyllium husk regularly at dinner.
* If gasolve helps, continue it.
I hope that will help in the resolution of the problem.

Thanks for writing back.
I do not think that fiber rich food will make things worse. You can find a list of prospective food items at:

It is good that you are taking probiotics but taking curd or yogurt will give the same results.
I understand your anxiety. If I had a patient like you I would probably have given her Tab Prodep (Fluoxetine) 20 mg once daily to be taken at breakfast. It takes about 6 weeks for the action to set in properly.
Hoping for that to help.
