Suggest Treatment For Excessive Flatulence

Question: I just woke up needing to fart and pee in the same time. I started to pee and the pressure made me stop peeing. This caused my stomach to feel very full and the BIG pressure of gas sits inside my stomach. This is making me super uncomfortable. I relieve myself of this flouting and gas pain?

I went to a doctor a few weeks ago about this. He checked me with an ultrasound and said that it's gas and urine. But he did not tell me what to do if this happens agian.

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. Your symptoms suggest that your tummy is suffering from lots of gases. So I will suggest you to take simethicone tablets and a prokinetic agent. This I found very useful in my patients. See if after taking milk or milk products if the symptoms becomes worse then I will advise you to omit them from your diet for a while. Also I hope you are not constipated, if yes then take some laxative too. Also avoid beans and cabbage. I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further query I will like to answer that too.
