Brief Answer:
Use some antifungal shampoo apart from good food and sleep

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Let me assure that losing around 100 scalp hair a day is normal. You need not worry as they keep growing back. But sometimes certain fungal infections may precipitate hair loss. Applying ketoconazole shampoo (available in brands like Nizoral or ones containing ZPTO) twice or thrice a week can help.

Hope that helps.
