Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sweating Caused By Bronchitis

A bacterial infection can cause night sweats.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
It sounds like you already were examined by a doctor? A bacterial infection such as bacterial bronchitis or pneumonia can cause fevers and night sweats. Pneumonia is more likely to do this.
Once you start taking the antibiotic, the night sweats should resolve. Usually, if there is a fever, it will resolve in 48-72 hours from start of the antibiotic. The night sweats may take longer such as 5-7 days.
If however, after the bronchial infection resolves, you are still getting night sweats, then you should go back to your doctor for evaluation of this. In addition to a thorough physical exam, you would get a complete blood count with differential.
You do not need this sort of work up yet though, because if you were examined by a doctor and told you have bronchitis, you have a known cause for the night sweats.
I hope this information helps and you are soon feeling better.
