Suggest Treatment For Explosive Diarrhea
Question: I've just returned from mexico and have severe diarrhea since Wednesday. Going almost 20x a day. Seeing a bit of blood now also. Waking in middle of night almost in not enough time to make it to bathroom.

I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.
Could be traveler's diarrhea cause by a virus , parasits or a bacterial pathogen that are in non hygienic food (restaurant , fast food.. that you went during your stay in Mexico).
The blood in your stools and the duration shows more for bacterial infection and in this case you need to go in the hospital ( to be seen by a local doctor ) to do a stool culture ,blood test and to start an antibiotic therapy ( usually fluorkinolon group of drugs -Ciprofloxacin /Norfloxacine ) plus a loperamide (antimotility agent)
Meanwhile stay hydrated ( prevent dehydration ) drink planty of water , use ORS(oral rehydration solution ,in the farmacy you can find it) , eat salty food to replace the fluid and electolytes that you have lost .
