The lesions seems like benign growth probably seborrheic keratotic warts or dysplastic mole,causes of which are not clear..

Hope these lesions doesn't irritate or produce any symptoms except cosmetic problem..

Treatment generally not required for this..Observation would be enough..Excision or cryotherapy would however be the treatment options.

You need to consult regarding this with a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis as detailed evaluation hasn't been done.. Consider the consultation especially if the lesions growing big or spreading rapidly and starts to show off symptoms like itching,bleeding,color change etc..
