My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
If there is no redness or discharge from the eye specially in the morning then lubricating eye drop available in the market as tears naturale,refresh tears eye drop or tears plus eye drop every 3 to 4 hours will be sufficient. This can be repeated if symptoms recur later.
