Suggest Treatment For Eye Socket Headache
Probably eye related headaches.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
I read the other discussions too.
If your description is right, in my opinion, eye related problems should be assessed further.
It seems not a typical headache, so pain related to eye or optic nerve conditions should be evaluated as possible causes of your concerns.
These include glaucoma ( or periodic increase of intraocular pressure ), cataract that may cause eye socket pain by eye strained, inflamation of the optic nerve.
Worsening of previous sinusitis should be considered as well.
I suggest you to discuss your concerns with an Ophthalmologist and consider brain and orbital imaging studies ( MRI) too, in order to properly diagnose your condition.
Increased sodium intake could lead to high blood pressure and dehydration, but these headaches don't seem to be related to these conditions.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Take care.
