What Are The Complications Of Rise In Glaucoma Pressure ?
hi I had this week two lasik for glaucoma presser, my presser was 50mgh.so high! Laser i guess did not help and the doctor took by needle fluid to decreased eye pressure. do you guess what can happen to my eye in future ? i see today by that eye like after fog.
Hello It seems from the history that you are having glaucoma for which you have undergone laser procedure and following it you are having acute raise of intraocular tension. The foggy vision is because of corneal edema secondary to raised intraocular tension. If the tension is not controlled it may result in damage to optic nerve causing loss of vision. Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist at the earliest for reducing intraocular tension. The treatment should include oral and topical anti glaucoma drugs.
Thank you
