Brief Answer:
Possibility of vascular events to be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

What do you mean by numb?

Is there any facial deviation, weakness on face, slurring of speech, inability to close eyes, ear pain, limb weakness, previous history of stroke or transient ischaemic attacks?

Only numbness of sudden or acute onset if objectively present needs evaluation for possibility of stroke.

It is advisable to consult a doctor for examination and evaluation.

If all examination is normal then nothing to worry.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Do get back to me for further queries with additional information.
