Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
Incontinence can lead to irritation of perianal skin as well as also encourage candidal infection due to moistness.
I also suggest that you visit either a surgeon Or a gastroenterologist regarding your primary concern i.e fecal incontinence.
Apart from addressing the primary concern i.e incontinence I would suggest that you use a topical steroid+antifungal combination cream e.g Candid-B cream Or Clotrin-B cream (contains clotrimazole 1% and beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream), twice daily for a 2 week period. These are prescription products and should be used under supervision and advice of a dermatologist.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicnity and get a physical examination for confimatory diagnosis and for the needful.
Regards

Your query had 2 different issues, related to skin and gastroenterology
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
As far as I know, a particular query can be directed by healthcareMgic tream to only one speciality.
Since your query had 2 different issues i.e fecal incontinence and skin irritation/ itching in perianal area, therefore it was directed to me.
Being a dermatologist I was able to guide you on your skin condition, however, the second issue needs to be answered only a relevant specialist.
I don't have authority to forward your query to a gastroenteroloist.
You may either contact customer care (they will assist you) Or put in a separate query to a gastroenterologist, mentioning only the unresolved issue i.e fecal incontinence.
Regards
Take care
