Suggest Treatment For Fatigue After Angioplasty

Question: Hi, I had 5 angioplasty done last year
1 in July 2 on 29 November and 2 on 5 december 2013
Ever since i am using 6 meds: ASA 81 ; Plavix 75 ; Teva-Pantoprazole 40 ; Micardis 80; Metoprolol 12.5 2x ;
crestor 40. 12 months was recommended for ASA81 and Plavix. The rest was not determined.
Dec 5 2014 will be 12 months since. I exercise 3x a week, eat sensibly, work full time though am 70 tears old.
Question: Can I (and when) reduce use of some meds to avoid regular serious fatigue around mid day
which forces me to take a short nap but when driving , sometimes I have to pull over and rest. After a nap I feel OK and can work long hours without the problem. ?? Plavix or Micardis, I suspect are culprits ??
Thank you for your opinion

Brief Answer:
look into diet and exercises
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the query, my opinion is as follows:
All are important important medications except pantoprazole, which is given to avoid medications induced gastritis.
Metoprolol can induce weakness occasionally, however, for you it is the most important medication.
You need to look into your exercises and diet importantly for weakness. I would not attribute it to present medication. You can stop pantoprazole and wait for a week to look into other factors.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
