Brief Answer:
I would advise that you contact the nearest major or university hospital.

Detailed Answer:
We don't have any practitioners on this site who are from Alabama who treat these problems. I would advise that you contact:

1. A local Chronic Fatigue support group in your state, if you have one, as other people with this same illness would not only be more able to tell you who might treat using naltrexone but also who they personally would recommend. I don't know if you have a group in your area, but that would be a good place to start if you do.

2. I did some digging around and found that University of Alabama, XXXXXXX hospital has a Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Clinic now. You might want to contact them and find out if they use naltrexone as one of the meds they work with. Here is an article about the clinic:http://www.cortjohnson.org/blog/2015/01/09/younger-chronic-fatigue-fibromyalgia-lab/

3. The next step, if the UAB hospital clinic doesn't work out would be to go to a Pain specialist. These are doctors who have gone through a Family Practice or Internal Medicine residency and then did a subspecialty fellowship in Pain Management. I did a search and found a number of Pain Management clinics throughout Alabama.

I hope this information helps. I am sorry for the suffering you are going thru and hope you are able to find some relief.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
