Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Mild Back Pain And Anxiety
Question: I have a pattern of symptoms including: general fatigue; dizziness, weakness, shakiness, lower and mid back pain, anxiety. The severity ebbs and flows. I have a history of sarcoids (lung) identified over 10 years ago, but pretty much symptom free for many years. This current pattern I would say is maybe 3 years old, slowly getting worse.

You are concerned about having a 3 year history of increasing fatigue, back pain and anxiety. My first thought is this a side effect from your medications? The losartan is a blood pressure medication and if your blood pressure gets too low with it you can feel tired lightheaded and shaky. I would recommend that you monitor you blood pressure and when you feel these episodes that you check your blood pressure.
The next medication Crestor for cholesterol can cause muscle pain. I would recommend doing a trial of stopping the crestor for a short time and see if your back pain improves. If it does not then you may restart it. The back pain if not caused by crestor could be degenerative disk disease or just the fact u are getting older and our backs do not hold up well with time. An x-ray of your back may help to determine the cause of your pain.
Try this first and return if the symptoms continue.
