Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Most cases of chronic fatigue syndrome are caused by viral infection, so, if diagnosed and treated properly a possible viral infection, you can actually get on top of it.
In the other hand, no cure exists for fibromyalgia but education, lifestyle changes including regular physical activity, and proper medications can help you to regain control and achieve significant improvement.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards.

Thank you.
Iam not on any medications except a strong probotic for the Fibromyalgia.
I have been to a Naturpath who has me on Vit B complex, Vit D, Magnesium, some Herbs. I have also been taking Salofalk for Chrones ..they are considering some steroids to counter increasing inflammation..depending on what the final results from Rheumatologist and Neurologist.
I have potosis of right eyebrow and right eyelid as well severe and also
Dry eyes severe...they think it could be associated with
Fibromyalgia. Could it be? They think either Fibromyalgia or Blepharospasm . It has taken months but I think they are getting close to a final diagnosis with the eyebrow/eyelid. I am not sleeping at night..I get 4-5 hours then wake and cant go back. I am suffering Chronic Sinus but the Avamys steroid spray I have been on doesnt help. Could this have something to do with fibro?
PC Dr has prescribed me Amitriptyline Alphapharm to take for sleep will it interfere with other medication I am taking because I was not on the other medication from Naturpath when he prescribed the Amitriptyline.
I get very tired ..and find if I over fo it one day I can pay fir it for 3 days later...bed.exhausted.

Brief Answer:
A Neurologist should be involved too.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Problems with eyes such dryness and some degree of ptosis are most likely related to Crohn's disease than fibromyalgia.
Ptosis also may be a feature of Guillain-Barre syndrome, in such case evaluation by a Neurologist besides Doctors you mentioned is necessary.
In the other hand, fatigue is a random manifestation of both Crohn's and fibromyalgia, so correct treatment about these two conditions is necessary to improve fatigue and sleep too.
Sinusitis also should be seen as a separate issue not related to fibromyalgia.
Amitryptiline use does not result in any significant interaction with drugs you are already using.
I think consulting a Neurologist is necessary in your case.
Hope this helps.

Thank you. I am off to see a Nuerologist this week.
He said he needs to identify what is causing dryness and droopy eyebrow and facial issues.
I had a blood test ladt week for Gilliam Bar have mot got results as yet.
Thank you for answering my questions. I am grateful to have you to talk to. It has been a difficult journey these past 12 months it has taken so long to begin achieving a diagnosis....and in myself I know I was deteriorating yet no answers. Finally I think they are getting on top of things having two health things occuring has confused the situation I think..possibly a 3rd.
