Brief Answer:
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your husband findings suggest raised SGPT.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, auto immune causes etc.
In his case,it is important to rule out autoimmune causes as ANA is moderately positive.

He may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, renal function test, complete liver function test.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

His findings also suggest mildly enlarged liver with grade II fatty changes in liver
Fatty liver is a reversible condition. He should increase his physical activity and avoid fried, fatty food.
He can continue other medicines.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
