Though fatty liver is associated in good number of cases of gall stones the relation is not yet established, I have yet to come across the pathological link between the two
Considering the fact that drips were given there are chances you had acute cholecystitis
If you have reports of CBC and Liver function test please upload them if not get them done and I will reply to first part of your question
