Suggest Treatment For Fecal Incontinence When Suffering From Prolapsed Uterus
It is due to rectocele.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
In my opinion with prolapse uterus you are having prolapse of rectum also (called 3rd degree uterine prolapse). You are having faecal matter because of this only.
Treatment of your problem is to first consult a gynecologist and get your examination done to rule out the extent of your prolapse.
Some advices may be helpful to you-
1) Eat healthy and balanced diet.
2) Take more fibre and drink a lot of water.
3) Do pelvic floor muscle exercise( which you are already in practice)
4) You can use ring pessaries.
5) do not use laxative.
Kegels are not very helpful because at this age pelvic floor muscle already become weak.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.

Hi,
Nice to see you again.
I know your concerned but pessaries may resolved your problem without interfering your sex life.( and it is non surgical also).
I know without constipation or other thing you may be thinking that how you have rectocele.
If you have any doubt please consult a gynaecologist and get yourself examine.
You can go for surgical procedure called posterior colporraphy if you are surgically fit for it.
Hope this will help you.
Good luck.
