Brief Answer:
Feral incontinence; few suggestions, also need doctors visit

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Do you mean you pass a small amount of stool every time you cough or let off gas? If so, then this is called fecal incontinence. Let me list the causes for your reference ma'am:

+Nerve damage: Injuries to nerves that cause the anal sphincter to relax or contract, resulting in loss of control of the sphincter which in turn leaves you with no control over a bowel movement

+Muscle damage: Muscular injury to the rings of the anal sphincter directly or by surgery, etc.

+Certain conditions: Rectal prolapse, etc.

+Damaged or scarred rectum

+Diarrhea or constipation: Usually chronic due to some underlying condition like irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.

As you can see from the above list, there are quite a few conditions that requiring ruling out/confirming that will help us first diagnose the cause for your incontinence and then allow us to treat it accordingly, so please do consider visiting a doctor. The change in colour of your stools could also be indicative of some underling condition which increases the need to visit your doctor even more.

For now I would suggest the following:

+Dietary changes: High finer-intake
+Drink lots of fluids
+Medications: Laxatives, anti-diarrheal medications, etc.
+Exercise: Will have to be learnt with the help of a medical practitioner to help improve sphincter/muscular health

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help ma'am.

Best wishes.
