Suggest Treatment For Feeling Of Pulled Groin Muscle
Question: I think I pulled an extensor muscle in my grion area. I have pain when I try to raise my left leg and when I roll from side to side in bed. Will a wrap or some sort of exercise help? XXXXXXX
PS: I apparently pulled a muscle on my hip on the side as the groin injury yesterday on the first
hole on my first drive. I'm thinking the two injuries are related but my concern is for getting the groin strain healed because that has been with me for about two weeks while I have been trying to ignore in carrying on with my daily routines.

Brief Answer:
Add Tylenol 650mg every 8hours!
Detailed Answer:
HI,
I'm so sorry to hear about this probable pulled muscle. The nature of this pain which is mechanical in nature is in favor of a pulled muscle. I will recommend Tylenol (Acetaminophen) at doses of 650mg every 8hours after some some food and rest.
I will encourage that you continue carrying out routine activities as usual unless the pain becomes worrisome. I am not in favor of a wrap at this time.
Keep me posted with your progress and I may propose further measures to use if need be.
Regards
