Looks like recurrent viral illness - don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... by what you say I feel that it could be only a recurrent viral illness. In this season it is very common for kids to get viral fever even 2 or 3 times in a month. I will explain you how a viral illness behaves, so that you will be more confident.
Please do not use antibiotics like this - the bugs may develop antibiotic resistance.
Fever of few days without any localizing signs could as well a viral illness. Usually rather than fever, what is more important is the activity of the child, in between 2 fever episodes on the same day. If the kid is active and playing around when there is no fever, it is probably viral illness and it doesn't require antibiotics at all. Once viral fever comes it will there for 4-7 days. So do not worry about duration if the kid is active.
Hope this was helpful. If your kid's symptoms are concurring with the way I describe about viral illness, please be patient. The fever will subside in 1 or 2 days.
