Brief Answer:
Better investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I would like more information. How is his sensorium?
If it's normal, a urinary infection may be a likely cause. If the sensorium is altered, he requires to be investigated. An ER visit may be advisable.
Do get back with more details.

Shivers have stopped. BP & pulse have decreased. Does have prostrate problems. Checked with an EMT (I am an EMR) whose husband had same type symptoms and was a bladder infection. Will monitor closely and will go to ER if necessary. Thanks - really needed some reassurance.
