Suggest Treatment For Fever And Fatigue

Question: I am having fever of 99 degree since 3 days and weakness.please check my blood test report confirm the disease i have?

I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Your Widal test is not confirm positive. Titer of 160 is normal in typhoid endemic country like XXXXXXX And typhoid is causing symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting etc.
Please let me know if you have these symptoms or not.
Also let me know whether dengue NS1, IgM or IgG done or not.

1. Do you have fever with chills?
2. Which treatment you are taking at present?

No chills and no dengue.i am taking dolo650 mg and lever medicine.and cough syrup.
No vomiting,no loose motion, only headache
