Brief Answer:
Yes it is very much possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern and situation.
Thanks for your query at HCM.

According to your diagnosis it appears that it is probably dengue case only. As the non structural protein NS1 rarely cross reactivity with other flavivirus infection. It is possible that platelet count could be over 2 lakh or above and now it has decreased to present levels. I advise you to constantly monitor platelet levels as it drastically decreases suddenly during course of illness. You can take acetaminophen to relieve fever. I advise you to take rest and drink plenty of water and eat protein rich healthy diet with multivitamins and calcium supplement. You can also get IgM antibodies test for confirmation of dengue after few days.

Hope I answered your query
