Question: Hi, now, 5 days course is complete, she is better with fever and pain in throat, but she is complaining about weakness or about fatigue, pls advise

You can give her Polybion syrup or Efavit L or Supravit.
The dosage is 10 ml or 2 tablespoons per day.
If syrup is not available, you can give tablet neurobion forte or capsule supradyn. The dosage for this is one per day.
