Brief Answer:
The prescribed treatment is for tuberculosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Your doctor has prescribed treatment for tuberculosis based on the positive Mantoux tuberculin skin test & positive Gold In-Tube test which suggest that you are infected TB.
May I know some details like
1. For how long you have been having this evening rise of temperature?
2. Is it associated with sweating, chills, loss of appetite or weight loss?
Awaiting your reply so that I can analyze your case in a better way.
Regards.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. Noted its contents.
Since you have one month history of fever apparently without any other symptoms and the tests are suggestive of TB infection so continue taking the prescribed medications.
Hope this answers your query.
However I shall be glad to answer if you have any follow up query.
Continue taking the prescribed treatment.
