Cold and fever symptoms are likely due to viral infection
I would suggest you to try some over the counter symptomatic treatment.
1) Take Anti-pyretic drugs (like paracetamol or combiflam tablets) twice or thrice daily (but not more than 4 tablets per day) for your fever which are available over the counter.
2) Antihistamines like levocetrizine 10 mg (brand name L-Dio 1) twice daily for cold and if you have runny nose.
3) Steam inhalation with warm salt water gargles (if throat pain) will certainly help for symptomatic relief from cold.
Loose motions is due to either viral infection or bacterial infection or malabsorption.
For Diarrhea
In your case I feel it is due to either viral infection If it is due to viral infection then it will last for 2-3 days and stops by itself .
No need of any antibiotics.
Make sure you hydrate yourself well by drinking plenty of water and fruit juices.
ORS solution to take mixed with water if there is profuse loose stools. This replenishes the lost fluid and electrolytes.
If your symptoms didnt reduce you can meet you doctor.
