Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through your query but find it difficult to comment without glancing at the reports. Even though they might appear normal, they contain more information and need to be correlated. I would request you to upload the reports as well as the doctor's notes. Based on those I would guide you further about what next to do.

The possibilities of tuberculosis and sarcodosis need to be considered.

This has been going on for over 3 months now Red blood cell count is now 5.51 H
White blood cell count ok
MCHC 30.4 L
urine specific gravity 1.010
What makes blood pressure spike when fever and chills start -- then all subsides USUALLY until next afternoon. I have a really low heart rate 55 to 65 or 67

How do I send copies of blood work to you? Desperate and sick in AR

Brief Answer:
Differential count required.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond faster.

Thanks for specifying the WBC count which was very important. However, I would also need the differential count i.e. the relative percentages of the neutrophils, lymphocytes and the other sections.

To test for tuberculosis, the first step would be to get a Mantoux (tuberculin) test done. A chest X ray would also be needed. That would also give an idea whether there is a possibility of sarcoidosis.

Depending on the results, further tests will ensue. I would insist you to get in touch with an infectious disease specialist.
