Suggest Treatment For Fever In A 11 Month Old
Question: my son is having fever from last 2 days,his head is the only body part which is showing sign of fever,he is 11 months old.

Fever of 2 days without any localizing signs could as well a viral illness. Head and stomach will always be hot because th4e blood supply is more in those pars of the body. This might or might not be fever. I advice you to check the temperature with a thermometer and then decide if it is fever.
Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol.
